ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Bespoke / Made to Measure
All bespoke and made to measure orders require a 50% deposit on placement and confirmation of order. With any remaining balance payable on delivery or collection of goods.
Off the peg / One Off Pieces
Garments are charged at the price shown on individual item pages, on the date the customer places the order and are subject to confirmation of the order. Please use the Myles Anthony size guides to ensure best size and fit. If you require further assistance please call us on 0161 962 2739 and a member of staff will help you with your order before purchasing.
Prices are correct at the time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. If an item is out of stock, subject to a delay or to a change in price from that shown on your order, we will contact you at the email address or phone number you provide when placing the order.
If we unable to contact you or receive no response, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. Please ensure any contacts details give are correct in order for us make your shopping experience easy and straightforward.
Payment is really simple pay by credit / debit card by secure server. You can also pay by credit card over the telephone see our contact page for details.
By cheque ( bespoke and made to measure orders only )
All online transactions are subject to validation checks by the card issuer and processed using a secure server. None of the purchaser’s card details are retained by us but are forwarded directly to the processing bank as you make your purchase.
Payment may only be made in pounds sterling (GBP £).

Exchange and / or refunds are ONLY accepted on Off the Peg items when returned in good condition and within 14 days on full price goods (excluding any delivery charge).
We do not offer returns on sale items.
Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging and returned with your receipt. Postage and packaging charges are nonrefundable and you will be responsible for the items until they are returned and signed for by us. We recommend returning your items via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to ensure safe return of goods.
